Election day

Nothing like an email from my mom to fire me up for an election. I love my mom, but most of her information seems to come from forwarded email. 'Edwards won a 5 million frivolous lawsuit from the flu vaccine company and that's why we don't have shots, and also why we pay so much for meds' uh riiiiigggghhhhtt. I'm sure the jurors felt that they should award frivolity on that day. I offer this one word response VIOXX. People think that these judgments are given for no reason at all, and don't bother to learn any of the details of the case.

My mom believes every internet rumor, urban legend, and still forwards me email claiming to bring cash and prizes if you will just forward it to enough people. I wonder if she ever did get that check from Bill Gates.

This is a crappy state to live in on election day. I vote so maybe Bush will get 69% instead of 70% of the vote in Texas.

I was truly on the fence for a long time. I don't love either candidate, and there are some hard questions to answer these days. But in the end it comes down to Bush using the fear card too much. Bush you've had over 3 years since 9-11 and you haven't found Osama so you cannot claim to be the be-all end-all on terror, sorry you don't have the results to talk like that. Iraq is a failed bit and you must know this by now.

Kerry may be a fuck up, but we know Bush is one.

If you hate Michael Moore (and who doesn't) rent 'Hearts and Minds' instead.

Corrections from previous posts; Obviously I meant Futile, not Feudal, and Prog not Prague rock. I'm sure it was my acid reflux acting up.
